After 12 years of providing RINGS (Real Intimacy and Growth Skills) for couples, we are rolling out a major update/upgrade. The overall look and structure has been refreshed. Want to take a sneak peek?
Engaging couples with the insights and skills that have helped our own marriage grow is truly one of the most fulfilling things we do. Ronda and I had our own marriage transformed in March, 1990, and we've been working ever since to share our story along with the elements that lead to healthy relationships and marriages.

Here's the front and back cover of the newly revised RINGS Participant Workbook.

If you've participated in RINGS, you'll recognize some of the key skills we've helped couples master over the years:
  • RINGS Chat - a daily connection tool that helps couples stay in sync with each other
  • Timeouts - an intentional "cooling off" mechanism to move from emotional brain to thinking brain
  • SOS - a simple format for navigating disagreements and conflict issues productively
In addition, we've included more robust elements on personalities, stress, anger, forgiveness, finances and leaving a legacy.

And the overall look is more contemporary. Browse the sample content from the 40 page Participant Workbook below.
Updating RINGS has stirred our passion to see couples in all stages (dating, engaged, newlyweds, happily married, struggling, separated, divorced or remarried) find refreshment and satisfaction. Not only for their own relationship and marriage, but for those they touch and interact with. Not to mention the children who are positively impacted when mom and dad experience relationship health.

RINGS can be experienced in several different ways, all with the same content included in the Participant Workbook:
  • Through a live class setting - being offered quarterly, with churches hosting. The next class is Friday, November 15, 6:30-8 pm and Saturday, 8:30 am-12 noon at Restoration Hillside. Register easily and quickly here.
  • Through an online setting - great for people with busy schedules and needing flexibility. RINGS Online can be found at https://mrcmv.digitalchalk.com/auth/login. Currently it has the "classic RINGS" content. We hope to have the updated content ready to offer online by 2020.
  • Through relationship skills coaching - especially for couples who are struggling with conflict and devitalization. Where a class or online setting just wouldn't be the best fit.
Contact us for a complimentary intake, and we'll help you find the best next steps for your relationship.

Been through RINGS? What would you tell couples who are considering a reachout to resources?

Questions? We'd love to hear from you!

EXCITING! Love to have you share a bit of this at our next meeting should time allow (sort of the live walk through as you have with other elements Encompass brings to life)

Good idea, Erika! Actually was planning in that direction, but thanks for the invite.
