The rings experience
The RINGS Experience is an online relationship-education course featuring roughly eight hours of virtual, on-demand content that introduces 13 proven skills plus four bonus expert insights. Participants engage in interactive exercises, assessments, and follow-up questions, and can optionally add live coaching by certified facilitators virtually or in-person. By the end of the program, couples are equipped to strengthen connection, master communication, and face real-life challenges together.
The RINGS Experience helps couples improve communication, manage conflict, deepen connection, and build practical relationship skills.
What is the Rings experience?
The RINGS Experience is designed for couples at any stage of their relationship who want to build a healthier future together. It’s especially suited for partners ready to learn practical communication skills, de-escalate and resolve conflict, and develop new relational habits. Please note: the program is not intended for couples grappling with untreated addictions, ongoing affairs, abuse, or serious mental-health instability — those issues are best addressed with clinical counseling first.

That's not a problem. It only takes one person to start making a difference. We suggest getting started with The REACH Experience, a relationship skills course for INDIVIDUALS, and applying the content as much as you can within your relationship.

testimonials
We kept having the same arguments over and over, and honestly, it made me sad to realize how I was acting — saying things I didn't mean and letting old conflicts pile on top of new ones. Every argument would somehow circle back to the past, and that just wasn't fair to either of us.
RINGS gave us real tools to break that cycle. One of our favorites was learning our ‘conflict animals.’ Now, when things get tense, we can catch ourselves — recognizing when she’s being a skunk and I’m being a turtle. Just that shared language changes everything. It puts things in perspective and gives us a way to de-escalate without it turning into a bigger fight.
This program works. It helped us grow together. I know that when people hear words like ‘counseling’ or ‘relationship guidance,’ they sometimes push back — but this isn’t something you need to consider. You should just try it. If you love the person you’re with and you want to make it work, do these steps. It was absolutely worth it for us.

My honest worry going in was that we’d zone out. With online programs, it’s easy to just check out. But the flow of content was exactly right — you watch, you reflect, you respond, and it all comes naturally from the heart.
I was also nervous about what doing this together would look like. Would we end up talking about feelings in an awkward way? Would we argue? But what we found instead were these genuinely practical tools — skills that have really benefited us since.
What I appreciated most is how the questions and content helped us understand each other in areas where I genuinely thought, ‘I have no idea what’s going on in their mind.’ Now we do. RINGS doesn’t just give you insight into yourself — it opens a real window into your partner.
— David & Olivia, Newlyweds
The primary colors personality tool was a huge breakthrough for us. It’s interactive and eye-opening — it helped us understand where we each stand and why we respond to things the way we do. After 13 years together, we were still learning things about each other.
Something small but meaningful: Shawn started writing me little poems instead of just grabbing a card. He’s goofy, so most of them are silly — but there’s always something genuinely sweet in there too. That’s the kind of thing RINGS unlocks.
Discovering these tools has been a huge, huge blessing for our relationship.
