At Encompass Connection Center, we believe everyone can learn the skills to build thriving relationships. Through research-based programs for couples, parents, individuals, and organizations, we equip people with tools that strengthen communication, deepen connection, and restore hope.
Our goal is simple: to help every relationship move from surviving to truly flourishing—creating healthier homes, workplaces, and communities.

Parenting is challenging, but you’re not alone. Gain practical tools and support to nurture strong family relationships and create a healthy environment for your children to thrive.

Healthy relationships strengthen teams. We provide workshops and training that improve communication, collaboration, and culture in workplaces, churches, and community organizations.
Funding is provided by Clark County Job and Family Services, Nehemiah Foundation, Springfield Foundation, Turner Foundation, and private donations and fees.
