4. Review assessment

Understand your strengths, growth edges | Identify and discuss relationship intruders | Determine the tier of relationship health you're currently in

5. Consider "next steps" options

  • Professional counseling (looking back)
  • Relationship skills education & coaching (looking forward) --> 5 levels of coaching

6. Referral or enrollment
